Wellness Checks

An Annual Adult Wellness Check is a yearly

appointment intended to detect, address, and

prevent chronic and/or life threatening diseases.

During a wellness check a personalized treatment plan is created or updated.

This plan may include risk factors to be aware of. Wellness checks differ from annual physicals and are more extensive and time consuming. Wellness checks help to your current state of health and create a baseline to compare to and to create a plan for future care.

Annual physical exams are extensive yearly appointments meant to detective the possibility of diseases or disorders. During each exam a personalized treatment plan is created to determine the best method of treatment.

Personalized treatment plans are created per each patient, taking multiple facets of the patient including age, gender, race, culture, and familial history.

Allergy Skin and Blood Testing

Allergy Testing

Bamboo Family Clinic offers allergy skin tests, during this test your skin is exposed to suspected allergy-causing substances (allergens) and is then observed for signs of an allergic reaction.

We also offer allergy blood test, an allergy blood test checks for antibodies called immunoglobulin E (IgE) in your blood. Antibodies are proteins your immune system produced in response to harmful substances such as viruses or bacteria. If you have an allergy, your body produces IgE in response to the allergen even if it’s harmless.
