Having a problem with a referral?
We get it, sometimes the referral process can be slow and broken. If we broke it we will accept full responsibility, but understand we have multiple staff working diligently to ensure you get the best possible customer service from our team. Often messages between ourselves and other providers can be lacking, this is not exclusive to Bamboo Family Clinic as the world is simply not as diligent as it once was.
We ask that if you had a referral and we can help navigate the issues please ask. We cannot solve other provider issues, but we can definitely reach out to management on your behalf and help.
